[Yazlist] php_yaz for php5.3.5 win

I'm having similar problems - I've been posting to php-windows at lists.php.net,
and getting a little help. So far, php_yaz compiles alright, but I'm having
trouble with zlib for other modules.  I'm waiting for an answer from the
preson who was nice enough to help me with it there.
