YAZ 3.0.40 or later supports ISO5426.

To turn your records (input) to UTF-8 based ISO2709 (output), you can do 
it this way:

yaz-marcdump -f iso5426 -t utf8 -o marc input >output

or to turn them into marcxml instead..
yaz-marcdump -f iso5426 -t utf8 -o marcxml input >output
