[Yazlist] Connection rejected - z3950.issn.org

Hi,

Has anyone tried connecting to this server: z3950.issn.org?

It requires a username and password, which we have, but just get an 
error: Connection rejected by v3 target.

# yaz-client -u "username password" z3950.issn.org:5000/DEFAULT

Authentication set to User (username), Pass (password)
Connecting...OK.
Sent initrequest.
Connection rejected by v3 target.

I've seen a similar error with another server that requires 
authentication when the username/password was incorrect but was 
wondering if anyone else has used this server successfully.
