Subject: [PATCH] Document the newly-supported standard ZOOM options
 "serverImplementationId", "serverImplementationName" and
 "serverImplementationVersion" (as specified in the
 forthcoming AAPI 1.4), but note continues support for the
 old "targetImplementationId", "targetImplementationName"
 and "targetImplementationVersion" for the benefit of old
 applications.)
